Recommendation Letters

We are happy to store letters of recommendation for you in your academic file. While we can send these out at your request, we have found that  many programs require letters be submitted electronically directly by the letter writerand require responses to additonal questions at time of submission that we would be unable to answer. Most students use this service to have a copy on file in case the faculty member needs it later as a reference before submitting an updated letter directly to programs or fellowships, or to have on file in the event a faculty member becomes unavailable.

 

Any letters sent to us should be addressed to the Dudley Community Undergraduate Office, 10 DeWolfe St #23, Cambridge, MA 02138 (while the office is working remotely due to COVID-19, please send these electronically as PDFs to ududley@fas.harvard.edu). . Each letter must be accompanied by a completed waiver form.
