Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all moments in life. Offered in collaboration with HUHS, this introductory course is designed to reduce the amount of time you spend worrying about the future and fretting about the past. 

You will be introduced to several mindfulness exercises: meditation, correct breathing, guided imagery, the body scan and more.
