Farm-to-Table Field Trip (full, sign up for waitlist)

Join Dudley Food Literacy at Allandale Farm, where the owners of the farm will present, with Chef Irene Li of Mei Mei, a tour and conversation about the relationship between growers and chefs to make farm-to-table seasonal cuisine!

We'll share rides to Allandale Farm from Dudley @ 10:30, spend an hour touring the farm and talking with Allandale Farmers and Chef Li, spend some time with a hands-on-activity and demonstration, and leave just enough time to purchase some delicious selections from the Allandale greenhouse and farm stand before heading back to campus.
