Dudley Orchestra

Mark your calendars! The Dudley Orchestra Spring Concert is April 30th, 7:30pm, at Sanders Theatre. The program includes Claude Debussy's Rondes de Printemps, one of the great modernist's final statements in the orchestral medium, the effulgent Piano Concerto no. 23 in A major of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with soloist Daniel Walden, and Robert Schumann's buoyant Symphony no. 1 in Bb major - a work understood by the composer as an evocation of spring's coming.
