Intramural Sports Program
Every semester, Dudley House members compete against the twelve undergraduate houses at Harvard to win the Straus Cup. Dudley won the Straus Cup for the very first time in spring 2014! Join one or more of our teams to help us continue Dudley's quest for glory. See the Intramural and Club sports page for more information.

Mailing lists are the main way Dudley sports send out info. By clicking here you can sign up for all of the mailing lists at Dudley, including the ones for the sports that interest you! We have captains for each sport/activity working hard to plan events and that information is often sent out only on the specific mailing list for each sport. 

Special Tournaments
Every semester the Dudley Athletics Fellows coordinate special tournaments in conjunction with the Harvard House Intramural Program. Participants win points towards the Straus Cup! 
Annual events include Charles River runs, innertube water polo, badminton tournament, a climbing competition, dodgeball, table tennis tournament, swim meet, and fencing meet. See the Intramural and Club Sports page for more information. 

Fun Outings 
The Athletics Fellows also plan local sports-related outings. Past favorites include bike rides to Walden Pond, kayaking on the Charles River, and rock-climbing at Brooklyn Boulders. See our events feed below for more information on current events, as well as our special events page

Hey all,

We have organized a group outing to Brooklyn Boulders for you. It is on Saturday, November 12th at 10am.

Whats included:

A day pass for November 12th with equipment rentals included (shoes+harness) 

A "Learn the Ropes" course in which you will receive belay training (learn how to use ropes in order to climb top-rope safely) and receive certification so you can use the gyms ropes in the future

Classes begin soon (Oct 4), so make sure to reserve your spot! Registration is open for salsa dance classes. $60 for 8 weeks of class (Oct. 4-Nov. 22).

Beginners meet from 7-8 pm, Advanced students meet from 8:15-9:15 pm. Both classes take place at Northwest labs.

Come watch the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos face off to become the champions of Super Bowl 50. Even if you aren't a huge fan of American football, come enjoy the silly commercials and the musical stylings of Coldplay during the halftime show. Walden Pond Bike Ride

9:30am to 4:00pm

It's a Dudley Athletics tradition! Come join our annual bike ride to Walden Pond. The stunning ride will take us along roads northwest of Cambridge and bring us back along the Minuteman Bike Trail. The bike ride is about 35 miles (56.3 kilometers) round-trip, and during the ride we will break into different groups according to levels. Walden Pond, made famous by Henry David Thoreau, is a great place to swim if it's warm, and is a lovely setting in any weather.
