REGISTRATION OPEN NOW: Art Workshops, Painting and Charcoal

Attention all aspiring artists ! Come paint and draw your stress away at a back-back art event extraordinaire. You can buy tickets to one workshop or both.

James Engell is Gurney Professor of English and Professor of Comparative Literature. He is the author of The Committed Word: Literature and Public Values (1999), a collection of essays that “consider both the political and moral involvement of writers,” including Abraham Lincoln, “with their culture and the preservation and communication of that culture’s best values.”

The Writing and Study Bootcamp provides a weekend's worth of breakfast, lunch, and coffee in a quiet setting where the combination of enforced seclusion and proximity to other graduate students somehow, magically, ensures lots of work gets done. The event will be held Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5 from 9am to 4pm in the Café Gato Rojo

Open to all Dudley House members. Reserve your spot by signing up on the 3rd floor of Dudley House by Friday, March 3. Students at the Longwood Campus may register by contacting the House at 617-495-2255

Limited to 12 attendees, so sign up early!
