Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all moments in life. Offered in collaboration with HUHS, this introductory course is designed to reduce the amount of time you spend worrying about the future and fretting about the past.
You will be introduced to several mindfulness exercises: meditation, correct breathing, guided imagery, the body scan and more.
Dudley House Food Literacy Fireside Chat: Conversation with Boston Mayor’s Office of Food Initiatives
The City of Boston is now working with non-government organizations in combating the challenges of food insecurity in Boston and reducing inequity in food access. The program is currently undergoing much change and values potential input of Harvard students.
Come and learn more about the program and contribute your ideas. Together we can make Boston a even better place for everyone!

The BLC serves up to 40,000 warm and nutritious meals a year to people living with HIV/AIDS. Volunteers are at the heart of the meal program as they help to set-up the dining room, prepare and serve food and clean up when the meal is over. Read more about Volunteer at Boston Living Center
