Invitation to Good Health and Lasting Happiness

Dr. Chopra, a best-selling author and sought-after speaker, will review the scientific evidence regarding the health benefits of coffee, exercise, vitamin D3, nuts, and meditation. Did you know that people who drink coffee have a lower risk of five common cancers? Coffee drinkers, both men and woman, have lower total and cause-specific mortality. Based on his research and reflections, he will also address the key elements leading to sustained happiness. Living with purpose is the foundation to finding happiness and joy. As Mark Twain once said, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”
